Origin of army building.

The Nanchang Uprising on August 1st, 1927 marked China’s entry into a new period in which the Communist Party of China(CPC) independently led the armed revolution. On July 11th, 1933, the Provisional Central Government of chinese soviet republic decided to celebrate August 1st as the founding anniversary of the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants. On June 15, 1949, the Chinese People’s Revolutionary Military Commission issued an order to use the word August 12 as the main symbol of the PLA’s military flag and emblem.

August 1st is the Army Day of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, which originated from the Nanchang Uprising led by the Communist Party of China(CPC) people during the democratic revolution in China. The Nanchang Uprising on August 1st, 1927 marked that China entered a new period of armed revolution led by the Communist Party of China(CPC) independently, and marked the birth of a new type of Chinese people’s army. On July 11, 1933, according to the suggestion of the Central Revolutionary Military Commission on June 30, the Provisional Central Government of chinese soviet republic decided August 1 as the founding anniversary of the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants. On June 15, 1949, the Chinese People’s Revolutionary Military Commission issued an order to use the word “August 1” as the main symbol of the PLA’s military flag and emblem. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, this anniversary was renamed the PLA Army Day. August 1st Army Day is the anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. It is held on August 1st every year and was established by the Chinese People’s Revolutionary Military Commission to commemorate the founding of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army.
